Satisfied Customers Quotes

Steve Haynes, AFT
ìGerman lessons with Helen were such fun and I have learnt a fantastic skill which has greatly benefited me personally and the company. I can own hold my own in meetings in Germany and understand everything my colleagues donít necessarily want me to!î

Tony Lobley Head of Training: Viessmann Telford.
"I never studied Languages before, learning this new skill has benefited me and the company in so many ways. Helen helped to develop my oral and aural skills so I was more effective during Training Meetings in Germany. I can now participate in high level meetings expressing my opinions coherently and fluently. I can understand and use the specialist vocabulary required to fulfil my job. Although my lessons with Helen were intensive she kept the atmosphere relaxed positive and friendly."

Simon Painter
" I signed up for private tuition with Helen & Chris between 2008 and 2010, having studied with both of them previously at TCAT. I wanted to attain a high-level German certificate for which there were no courses or any other form of support available locally. Helen & Chris were fantastic. Friendly, well-prepared and always sharing great tips and suggestions for improvement. They were usually always happy to arrange to meet at a time and place to suit me. I felt I was in very safe hands with them, and never had any doubt that I would pass on the day of the exam.
I passed my exam in 2010, due in no small part to the help I received from Helen & Chris."

Alison Hayes
ìHelen was so patient with my 103 year old Grandmother Belle, she used really interesting stimulating material magazines, music, songs, childrenís books. She (my Grandmother) loved her German sessions and it kept her brain active whilst she lived in the Residential Home."

Rhiannon Becks Music: student hoping to become an Opera singer
ìI was applying to Universities and had to sing Italian and German songs. My Italian lessons with Helen gave me an understanding of pronunciation, vocabulary and sentence construction. It helped my confidence enormously during interviews and I am now at university and hope to achieve my ambition.

Stephen Golden, BAA Heathrow 2005
ìIt is not a luxury learning languages; it is a businessî
